Pride in Employment - Careers Fair
Description
Whether you're looking for your next role, considering a career change or simply want to know what an inclusive workplace can look like, the Pride in Employment Careers Fair brings employers, industry leaders and LGBTIQA+ job seekers together for a free day of connection, conversation and career development at the Victorian Pride Centre.
Meet more than 20 employers and organisations from across aviation, retail, finance, construction, professional services, education, emergency services, defence, technology and more. Speak directly with recruiters and workplace representatives, explore career opportunities, learn about workplace culture and inclusion, and ask the questions that matter to you.
Throughout the day, our Theatrette Program will feature free talks, panels and practical sessions covering resume and interview skills, finding an inclusive workplace, preventing burnout, neurodivergence and careers, and networking without the awkwardness.
Whether you're actively job hunting or just starting to think about what's next, you'll have the opportunity to build your skills, make connections and hear directly from people working to create more inclusive workplaces.
The Pride in Employment Careers Fair isn't about telling you which workplace is right for you. It's about giving you the connections, confidence and tools to find that out for yourself — and to advocate for what you need to thrive at work.
Free to attend and open to everyone. Bring your resume, bring your questions and come ready to connect.
The Pride in Employment Careers Fair is proudly supported by Endeavour Group.
