In this workshop I will be sharing with you some of the things I have discovered about how I overcame depression and anxiety to create a life I love and an experience of the world I love.

This is an experience that will challenge your thinking about the way you live and will expose you to a new possibility for your life.

Here is what will be covered in the workshop:

-Breath work technique and why it works.
-Ice Baths / Cold exposure to transform your state in a moment.
-State inducing techniques.
-A form of priming meditation that enters the subconscious with specific outcomes.
-Tools to get excited about doing more in your life.
