Do you get lost in the to do's of the day?

Feelings of anxiety come in and you can't seem to shake it?

Wake up in the morning finding it hard to get out of bed, rolling over and hitting the snooze button?

There were times in my life where I was the same, going to extreme depths of depression and anxiety, now I live with joy and purpose... How?

I prime myself for a great life every day.

Living a life worth living doesn't "just happen" you have to work for it.

In this workshop I will be sharing with you some of the things I have discovered about how I overcame depression and anxiety to create a life I love and an experience of the world I love.

This is an experience that will challenge your thinking about the way you live and will expose you to a new possibility for your life.

Here is what will be covered in the workshop:

-Breath work technique and why it works.
-Ice Baths / Cold exposure to transform your state in a moment.
-State inducing techniques.
-A form of priming meditation that enters the subconscious with specific outcomes.
-Tools to get excited about doing more in your life.
