    Event description

Join me for another series of three classes in the lead up to this festive season. Come to one, two or all three!

All classes are designed to be a relaxing space for you to create in and have some time away from end of year madness, a nice way to round out your year. Classes can be booked separately or you can book all three up front to receive a $15 discount. Suitable for adults and mature teenagers.

    All materials supplied.

Wednesday November 29th or Saturday December 2nd - Botanical Printmaking class:

Using found foliage from my home garden and with the opportunity to collect foliage from the beautiful back gardens at the Paintbox, we will explore botanical printing focusing on compositional elements and layering with different coloured inks. You can choose to create cards and or paper prints, whilst exploring a wide range of different paper stocks and how they affect the aesthetics of your print.

Wednesday December 6th or Saturday December 9th - Watercolour card designs: Come and learn how to design and paint simple but effective watercolour cards and gift tags. This is a fun light hearted class that will explore pattern, colour and design. Beginner friendly and very accessible for all skill levels. You can choose to make your cards festive themed or neutral

Wednesday December 13th or Saturday December 16th - Watercolour Linocuts: In this final class we will cover basic Linocut techniques which we will use over Watercolour backgrounds painted by you at the beginning of class. Resultant prints can be turned into mini artworks or glued on to cards to give to friends and family. The theme is Native birds and flora

PLEASE NOTE: Classes will be cancelled if not enough bookings are received. Any bookings already made will be fully refunded minus the site booking fee or you can opt for a credit to be applied to another class of your choice.
