If you’re looking for a refreshing approach to team building and something truly unique, our fully facilitated private sauna experiences includes:

2hr private riverside venue hire
Facilitated rounds of contrast hydrotherapy
Guided meditation, aromatherapy and breath work
Light refreshments and sweat towels
Great for all weathers and occasion
Perfect for groups for up to 16pax wanting a more intimate and supported journey.

How does contrast hydrotherapy work?

Contrast hydrotherapy combines the invigorating effects of hot and cold elements to enhance your wellbeing. Embrace the warmth of our wood-fired sauna, followed by a refreshing plunge into icy cold waters.

🔥 Immerse yourself in the heat and enjoy our 8-person wood-fired barrel sauna. With 15-minute rounds of steam infusion at 80-100 degrees, enjoy silent, guided and social rounds as a private booking.

❄️ Embrace the cold water and awaken your senses! With an optional group plunge into the Kawarau River, ice baths or a quick cold shower, this an epic way to revive and feel alive!

🌿 Relax in our cosy outdoor lounge, around the fire or in the garden. Rest, re-hydrate and repeat the process. Take in the views with complimentary tea and enjoy Queenstown’s most unique venue and sauna experience.
