Wellspace Privates Sauna Bookings offers an authentic outdoor wellness experience, connecting you with your health, community and Queenstown's most outstanding natural landscapes.

Allow yourself to be guided though:
- Rounds of traditional finnish sauna, aromatherapy, relaxing guided meditation and breathwork followed by;
- Revitalising dips in ice baths, plunge into the Kawarau River or a quick rinse under the cold shower;
- Reset the nervous system in our cosy outdoor marquee lounge or around the fire with light refreshments. Rest and Repeat.

This experience is for those who are after a unique wellness experience, wanting to relax, slow down and enjoy the great outdoors with friends.

Important information:
- Please arrive 5 mins prior to the session start time;
- Bring along x1 towel to dry yourself for afterwards. Towels can be hired for $4 each if needed.
- It's recommended to bring a dressing gown to keep yourself warm between rounds.
- A water bottle.
- This event is smoke, vape, alcohol, and drug free.
- Please leave your dogs at home.

Wellspace: 59 Boyd Road, Kawarau Falls, Queenstown (please follow the sign at the end of the long straight road.)

We are privileged to be using one of Queenstown's most uniquely secluded and idillic private properties in the Whakatipu Region. Sunvale Estate is a locally owned 24 acre property, hosting some of the regions most beautiful wildlife, located on the banks of the Kawarau River. We ask that you respect the land and local residence by leaving your dogs at home.
