Join Proud 2 Play and Racing Pride for a night of high-speed action, inclusion, and community as we host an exclusive screening of the highly anticipated F1 Movie, starring Brad Pitt and produced by Lewis Hamilton!

This special event brings together motorsport fans, the LGBTIQA+ community, and allies to celebrate the power of sport in driving inclusion and visibility. More than just a movie screening, this fundraiser supports grassroots initiatives, education programs, and activations like the Pride Hub that foster LGBTIQA+ representation in motorsport and beyond.

What to Expect:

Proud 2 Play is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to increasing LGBTQIA+ engagement in sport, exercise, and active recreation. We work across all levels of the sporting community—from individual participants and grassroots clubs to state and national sporting organisations—through education, implementing inclusive policies, and running events.

Our work goes beyond participation; we actively tackle discrimination in sport by advocating for systemic change, supporting organisations in creating safe and welcoming environments, and addressing barriers that prevent LGBTQIA+ people from engaging in sport. We also provide direct support to individuals, ensuring they have the guidance, resources, and pathways to participate in ways that feel safe and affirming.

We believe that the physical, mental, and social benefits of sport should be accessible to everyone, including players, volunteers, coaches, and officials. By fostering inclusive and supportive sporting spaces, we empower LGBTQIA+ individuals, along with their allies, friends, and families, to fully engage in sport and recreation.

Proud 2 Play are a not-for-profit organisation aiming to increase LGBTQIA+ engagement in sport, exercise and active recreation. To do this, we work with all levels of the sporting community, from individual participants and grassroots communities, to state and national sporting organisations through education, implementing inclusive policy and running events. We seek to encourage LGBTQIA+ people (as well as their allies, friends and families) to participate and engage in sport and exercise by providing structured opportunities and pathways for them to do so. Engagement is not limited to just actively participating in sport; the physical, mental and social benefits of sport should be experienced by active participants, volunteers, coaches and officials.
