    Customer service is more than getting the job done. If you’re business environment is hectic, it can influence the way you engage with clients and impact on their experience.

    This workshop looks at customer service standards and provides concepts, tools and techniques to help you deliver positive customer service experiences that leave a lasting impression with customers.

    • Developing client relationships that last

    This workshop is designed for small business owner and operators looking to improve their customer service skills.

    Bookings are limited to two tickets each, however you can make more than one booking. If you are booking for more than one person, please provide each person's email address so they receive our emails with important links and downloads.

    If you cannot attend, please cancel so your place can be made available to another business owner. You can cancel your booking from theΒ update orderΒ button on your order confirmation email. Cancellations and refunds for paid workshops can be made up to 24 hours before the workshop starts.
