Pruning 101
Event description
If you have any fruit trees, roses, or perennials in your garden, you need to know about pruning. This introductory session provides skills and information on how to prune to maximise plant health and appearance, to maximise your fruit and flower yield. It covers:
• When to prune and different reasons to do it
• How to prune safely and with plant hygiene on your mind;
• Different techniques.
Jonathan Banks who is our teacher for this Workshop is great to learn from and very creative in his approach – you learn to “feel” with the trees. At the end of this session, you will hopefully be able to tame your own wilderness and improve the health, beauty and productivity of your garden. Plus you will be able to reach more of your fruit!
