He Waka Tapu invites māmā and wāhine caregivers to a day of learning, connection and growth. Pūāwai Mumma Wānanga brings together three kaikōrero to share knowledge and practical tools for emotional wellbeing, resilience and parenting. The things that help us look after ourselves so we can look after our tamariki and whānau.
Come as you are. Bring a friend. Morning tea and lunch are provided, and there are spot prizes and giveaways throughout the day.
