Puppet Power 2025 explores immigration through the transformative lens of puppetry arts — shedding light on the personal journeys, struggles, and triumphs of those who cross borders seeking a new home.

This 13th edition of WP Puppet Theatre’s signature festival is a call to action — perfect for educators, social workers, students, and helping professionals looking to use puppetry in meaningful ways.
With Calgary hospitality, this event fosters creativity, connection, and well-being—showing how puppetry can be a bridge to understanding and empathy.

Bursary Application: WP Puppet Theatre's commitment to accessibility means we strive to reduce or remove financial barriers where possible. We are pleased to offer a limited number of bursaries to Puppet Power 2025. Interested parties can complete the online application bursary form for free attendance to the full weekend of events.
