Purifying Past Actions

Learn how to eliminate the causes of suffering and make a special connection with the 35 Buddha’s who adorn the walls of the Kadampa city temple in Brisbane, through engaging in the powerful purification practice of Confession Buddhas. 

Any living being can create negative karma, but as human beings, we have the good fortune to be able to purify our negative actions before they ripen as suffering for us. In this workshop, Gen Ani, Buddhist nun and resident teacher of KMC Brisbane, will explain how we can cleanse our mind of delusions and negative karma by engaging in the practice of the Sutra of the Three Superior Heaps (or Confession Buddhas).
