Found the workshops really helpful
The sessions helped me work through how to develop tools for the organisation in a structured way, nail down my audience and identify potential blockers. I enjoyed the interactivity and the pace.

This six-week program helps HR and People team professionals move out of reactive, admin-heavy work and into a more deliberate approach to shaping how work actually feels for employees. You will learn the foundations of People Experience and how to apply them in real organisational settings, without needing a design background. The focus is on practical judgment, evidence, and making choices that fit your context rather than copying what worked somewhere else.
Across seven live sessions, you will learn practical methods that you can apply to real challenges in your own role. Learn how to understand People Experience as a system, involve employees earlier, and make decisions that hold up under scrutiny. By the end, you will be better equipped to influence priorities and advocate for work that has a clear purpose and measurable impact.
You don’t need design experience, just curiosity and a willingness to try new approaches

In her UX days, Meg began questioning whether designing the experience of work with the same care as a customer experience could drive organisational success. She completed an MSc in Organisational Psychology and spent seven years in London cross- pollinating the People space with UX practices across startups and complex organisations including the BBC.
Meg started PollinateXD to help people leaders design cultures and experiences that strengthen organisational performance, and help people thrive.
Once upon a time, a student of IT discovered he was far more interested in something messier and more magical than systems. People. Over 20 years in tech, including a decade building and scaling People teams in fast-moving startups, he began applying product thinking not to software, but to the humans doing the work.
Adam started Give a Damn to help fast-growing teams scale with clarity, agility, and heart, grounded in what matters most: people.
PX Dojo is a cohort-based learning space for people who want to learn how to apply concepts like human-centred design, product thinking, and agile ways of working, so you can intentionally design the conditions that enable your teams to do great work that contributes to achieving your organisation's mission.
PX Dojo is a collaboration between Adam Axon, founder of Give A Damn, and Meg (Trotter) Bernard-May, founder of PollinateXD.

I especially appreciated how you leveraged so many real life examples - it took what you were sharing away from the theoretical and brought to life how you might practically apply these ideas,
You literally had a slide that explained why I took on PX alongside CX; If you take care of the humans internally they are more intrinsically motivated to take care of the humans externally.
