Do I need experience? None at all. Totally beginner-friendly.

Is it contact? No — all striking is on bags or pads only. No sparring, no mouthguard needed.

What will I learn?

Basic stance and guard
Footwork and movement fundamentals
Straight punches (jab, cross)
Basic hooks (light introduction)
Basic kicks (if included, Muay Thai)
Simple pad work combinations
Safe partner drills and distance control

Will the pads or bag hurt when striking? Some light bruising can happen, especially the first time. Keep strikes controlled while you get comfortable with the movements. Go at your own pace — light, moderate, or just practise the techniques in the air (shadow boxing). No pressure at all.
