Liz Stilwell has many years experience in the health field - Occupational Therapy in Psychiatry in NZ, Clinical Hypnosis, counselling and NLP in private practice, and previously leading cancer programmes and residential cancer retreats for The Gawler Cancer Foundation. Liz is a registered Meditation Teacher leading online and in-person Mindfulness meditation workshops - including guided Qi gong practice.

Since the closure of the Gawler Cancer Foundation, she has continued to arrange and facilitate 5 day residential 'Cancer, Balance & Wellbeing' retreats at the Yarra Valley Living Centre, co-facilitating Supportive Cancer Care workshops in Auckland, NZ, and as a Radical Remission teacher, she leads Radical Remission cancer workshops.
