Qoya Inspired Movement Workshop with Erin Fowler
Description
A nourishing movement workshop for tired Fringe bodies and creative hearts.
Guided by Dancer and Holistic Movement Facilitator Erin Fowler, this 2-hour Qoya Inspired Movement workshop explores the theme Soften to Restore - inviting you to gently soften, release, rest and re-energise through movement and community connection.
Qoya Inspired Movement is a practice based on the idea that through movement, we remember. We remember our essence is wise, wild and free. Qoya is a beautiful blend of yoga, community connection, authentic expression through dance and intuitive ways of moving in ways that feel good for your body, guided by music, sensation and deep listening.
There are no levels in Qoya and no way to do it wrong! The way you know you're doing it right is when it feels right to you.
You don't need any movement or dance experience to participate.
Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Qoya is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
