In each capital city, we host our flagship annual lunches which are some of the largest events of the year. The RA annual lunches are a time to celebrate the achievements of our industry in Tasmania and reinforce connections.

Our speaker 

Hon. Michael Ferguson MP 

Michael currently serves the Tasmanian people as Deputy Premier, Treasurer, Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, as well as Minister for Planning.

Michael entered political life determined to make a real difference and improve the lives of Tasmanians. His vision is “for Tasmanians to be the happiest people, enjoying the best quality of life in Australia”. Everything he has done in public life whether in local, state or federal levels of government is in order for local families to be able to get ahead and plan their future with confidence.

His previous service ministries include Finance, Local Government, Housing, State Growth, Health, Small Business, Science and Technology, and Police, Fire and Emergency Management, as well as Leader of the House.

Refund policy

Booking requests submitted less than 48 hours before a Roads Australia event cannot be guaranteed unless you receive a confirmation from Roads Australia. Refund requests must be notified in writing email to events@roads.org.au Refunds requested more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund less an admin fee (3.3% + 88c per ticket). Refunds requested less than 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund less 25% of the booking total. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund less 50% of the booking total. Refunds requested less than 3 days prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund due to commitments made with the venue. However, substitute delegates are welcome.
