Jasmine will be giving birth to the next generations of Walton's in a few months time, when she gives birth to their first child, James and Jasmine hope to pass on the legacy of regenerative farm life onto. Jasmins is also the Chair of the Central Victorian Regenerative Farmers Association.

Bec Djordjevic, has been Director at Munash Organics for over 16 years, but comes with a lifetime of experience having been born into a groundbreaking regenerative farm family. Munash Organics are a proud ethical and environmentally conscious Australian company, who sell their certified organic soil health products which are made from natural resources, recycled materials and the best quality organic ingredients to take care of the plant and the soil. Munash Organics is a second generation family business which started on Bec's family farm just outside Ballarat.

Jono & Nats from Brooklands Farm, based in Blampied, have been regenerative farming since 2012. They are also the proud recipients of a few prestigious awards including the delicious Magazine Produce Awards National Gold Medal & State Winner, amongst others.

Running 148 acres, and leasing another 180 acres within the Hepburn shire, they farm rare breed British White Cattle (100% Grass Fed Beef) and Berkshire Pigs (Pastured Whey Fed Pork).

All produce is born and raised on farm in a closed herd with sales direct to consumers through Farmers Markets, Farm Gate and local restaurants like Lake House in Daylesford and Du Fermier Annie Smithers in Trentham.

Jono grew up on a  generational family farm in New Zealand, moved to Australia in his early 20's and worked in the hospitality industry managing some of Melbourne's top restaurants.  After witnessing pigs in cages the lure to be back on farm became strong, with an ambition to make the lives better for pigs destined for the plate.

Nats has a background in the Veterinary Industry as a Nurse & practice manager, Vet Pharmaceuticals, then working for Mars in Small Animal Nutrition and studying Equine Herbal Medicine and a high indigenous interest of Country.

Complimenting each other in their knowledge, and applying a non chemical, high welfare approach to farming led their methods into the regenerative space.

Being one of the founding members of Central Victorian Regenerative Farmers, the group led them to connect with like minded people, sharing knowledge, especially with personal guidance from Dr Christine Jones, ground cover & soil ecologist,  and a five year multispecies cover crop trial  sponsored by North Central Catchment Management Authority. The results of these trials, as well as many bits taken from the many workshops they attended are now applied to their successful regenerative farming systems.
