"I would like to say a big thank you to both Steve and Georgia for providing us all with the opportunity to come together and connect. You were both gracious hosts. What a wonderful, relaxing and fulfilling experience. I came away recharged and renewed."

"You both provided such compassionate and gentle invitations to practice. While I thought i was no good at meditation ... the flexibility in the practice and processes was really helpful for me."

"Steve and Georgia created a safe space to explore and learn about practical ways to build balance in our deeply meaningful careers. The retreat's design ... from the selection of peers with similar values, the nourishing food, the creative arts therapy practices, through to the gentle invitation to participate and engage in activities at a pace right for you without judgement... created deeply valuable practices to take forward."

"Steve and Georgia created the most incredible sanctuary for us to unburden our minds, and walk away from the retreat better - better equipped to thrive through stressful situations not only in a work context, but in broader life too. I feel relaxed, reinvigorated, and after some incredible conversations with other attendees, reinspired to make change and create impact."

"Radiant Resilience was everything I needed and expected, and more. It was the most thoughtfully curated weekend, from the choice of blissful location and the incredible, nourishing food. To the perfectly balanced schedule and the incredibly safe space created by Steve and Georgia. 4. Where is it?
The Yaruba Conference Centre is located in a bush setting at 240 Church Rd Eatons Hill, operated by Kumbartcho Sanctuary and Nursery

5. What's the practice framework?
Our approach is based on the core belief that there are three elements required to address stress, overwork, and burnout:

- Come Back to the Present Moment
Mindfulness techniques are essential in helping us come back to the present moment. This in turn helps us not get caught up in ruminating about the past or worrying about the future. With practice we learn that being in the present moment is safe and in fact filled with joy.

- Relax and Let Go
The sessions help you to relax and let go. When we hold mental and physical tension in the body and mind it makes it very hard to relax. When this happens our sympathetic nervous system (fight and flight) tends to get stuck in the on-position. We will teach you how to enable the para-sympathetic nervous system (rest and digest). This alone will be life changing for you!

- Practice is Experiential and Cumulative
The final element is understanding that the practices you will learn, proven by modern science, are to be experienced, not just taught, but felt in your body and mind. And, when we develop this experiential practice the benefits inevitably accumulate...it's a win-win!
