Next date 21 November - The Summer Solstice!

We will start with a short meditation to land in our bodies, and on beautiful country, accompanied with a ceremonial cacao + sharing circle.

Expect to move your body on the earth, then we will take active rest with grounding breath and relaxing + supportive restorative yoga.

The retreat will finish with integration space and a self care ritual using lush aromatherapy products either from Synthesis Organics or Womb Oil.

I read recently in a book - The Complete Buddhism for Mothers:

I resonate so deeply with this.

I’ve had women reach out to me recently who are looking for ways to connect and receive at the same time (love the multi-tasking mama's)

And, I often find myself on a Friday afternoon looking for connection with my family but after a long week they just want to zone out on a screens (boys!! yawn!!)

So, it felt aligned to start a Radiant Rest monthly mini retreat + circle - to gather likeminded women searching for the same thing…

A safe and supportive space to simple BE.

To be held, seen and heard.

To release tension or heaviness, and process emotion that’s being quietly carried.

To return home to yourself, reconnect with nature, and the feminine - free of guilt, pressure or responsibility.

Spaces are very limited to create a semi-private intimate, comfortable and held space.

Yoga mats, bolsters, cushions and blankets are available for use, however please bring socks and something warm - as the body's temperature will drop when we take rest. Feel free to bring your own mat + blanket if you prefer :)
