Rainbow Inclusion - for professionals

Join Qtopia staff for a 2-hour workshop for professionals wanting to better support the rainbow people they work with - whether you work in healthcare, social support, education, business or other areas - this workshop is here to answer all your questions!

Qtopia builds inclusive environments and creates safe spaces where diversity is celebrated. Their popular education programme has been delivered to over 15,000 people in the last 3 years, to people in 300 organisations across the healthcare, education, social support, corporate sectors and beyond. And now we're bringing the Qtopia programme to Ashburton!

This workshop will cover core concepts around diversity and inclusion and language and terminology that relates to the LGBTQIA+ community. Attendees will be left with practical tools and tips that they can put into practice in their day-to-day life. Qtopia’s workshops are always contextualised to who is in the room, to make sure that everyone leaves with practical tools that are relevant to their roles.
