In this work shop I will be teaching mindfulness techniques and yoga sharing everyday wellness practices as tools for life. I will be focusing on self love, self worth and self confidence.

The the workshop will include

Letting go techniques - chuck your junk
Breath work
Working with loving gentle clearing crystals
Positive affirmations
60 minute yoga practice with heart opening poses and a short compassionate meditation
2025 Goal setting - What I want my School year to be like
Gratitude Journaling - Focussing on being grateful for what we have rather than what we don’t have
A little mindfulness goodie bag at the end.

This workshop is specifically designed for the Pre-teens to help them cut through the negatives of the this modern world and find a strong sense of self, to empower young minds through self-love, gratitude, and goal setting for the school year.

Don’t forget to wear comfy clothes to do yoga in, a bottle of water and light blanket for the meditation 💚✨
