Raising Awareness

Join us for an afternoon of connection and learning.

The focus of this event will be learning about your awareness - noticing its different states and patterns and building tools to support, grow, and nourish your consciousness - to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world as a whole.

This is a co-creation between Mauri Movers and Mystic Soul Sounds.

The three main pillars of this event are cacao, subtle energies, and reflective writing.

Learn about Mama Cacao, an ancient medicine that is here to support you in all aspects of life. We will cover the history and origin of cacao, its many benefits, and how to integrate her into your day.

Come and learn about what subtle energy is - how it affects us and ways to protect yourself energetically. We will also cover how different energies can feel and learn about multiple ways to sense energy. You will go home with fun interactive practices to use in your day to day life so you can explore these concepts in your own way.

Writing is a powerful tool for us to get in touch with our subconsicous. We will explore different techniques to tune in and unearth programs, stories, and messages you may have not been aware of, and to simply have fun with.

There will be time for gentle integration with the help of nourishing sounds, breathwork and grounding practices, and lots of opportunities for you to ask questions.

Above all stands the intention to grow our awareness.

This is a judgement-free container, so come as you are.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring along:

• mug
• notebook and pen
• cushion or bolster to sit on
• water bottle
• small plate of food or snacks to share
