Thank you for registering to attend the inaugural Refugees Communities of Australia Association (RCAA) Conference, taking place this Wednesday, 20 September and Thursday, 21 September at the ibis Melbourne and Multicultural Hub.

Registration: Wednesday - from 8:15am | Thursday - from 8:30am

Conference Time: Wednesday & Thursday | 9:00 AM - 5:00pm

These venues are best accessed via Public Transport.
Train: Catch the train to Melbourne Central Station and walk 2-minutes
Tram: Catch the 19, 57, or 59 tram from Melbourne Central Station or Flinders Street station and get off at the Queen Victoria Market stop.

The registration desk will be on the first floor, outside of the Victoria Room at the ibis Melbourne. Please go to the registration desk on arrival to have your attendance marked off and to collect your lanyard.

You will not need your ticket, however you may be asked to present your booking confirmation on request. Our dedicated team will be on hand to assist you with a warm welcome.

The main sessions will be held in the ibis Melbourne, with some Breakout Sessions at the Multicultural Hub. The conference is a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow attendees, sponsors, and special guests. Engage in meaningful conversations and build lasting connections.

Catering: Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be served in Drill Hall.

Prayer Rooms: Male and female prayer rooms are at the Multicultural Hub. Please see one of our friendly staff or volunteers for assistance.

RCAA Conference Program

We will have an event photographer to capture the conference over the two days. Should you wish not to have your photos taken, please let the photographer and event staff know.

Should you have any questions or require assistance before or during the conference, our dedicated event staff will readily assist you. Look for our team at the registration desk or throughout the venue.
