    Join NJveg for another special 3-course gourmet vegan dinner, prepared by The Culinary Arts Center at Rowan College Burlington County students!  These dinners assure the students – future chefs – that providing vegan options is essential.  A gift of a vegan cookbook is made to each student as additional encouragement!  This dinner is open to the public and is already sold out, but we've reserved 20 seats, with seatings at 6pm (6 people), 6:15pm (10 people), and 6:45pm (4 people).

    The menu is below.  Diners will be served the appetizer plate, a choice of an entree, and a choice of dessert.  If you dine with us, please do not order the non-vegan dessert.

    Appetizer Plate
    A delicious trio of; Cucumber Salad with a Tahini Soy Dressing
    Asparagus, and Gochujang Pancakes with a sesame-soy dipping sauce
    Sweet Potato in Tomato-Lime-Cardamom Sauce

    Entrees

    • Roasted Cauliflower ~ Served with vegan chili butter and lime-coconut potato gratin
    • Tofu Meatball Korma ~Served with Chaat Masala Potatoes cashew yogurt and tamarind
    • Curry-Crusted Rutabaga Steaks ~ Served with Harissa and Lemon Zucchini

    Dessert

    • Coconut Ice Cream with Lychee and Passion Fruit
    • Tangerine and Ancho Chili Flan (Contains Dairy)
    • Creamy Vegan Chocolate Tart

    Tickets must be purchased in advance, and will NOT be sold at the door.  $45 (plus booking fee), with a $5 discount for NJveg members (current on dues), or a $3 discount for Vegan in NJ Meetup members.  Join NJveg here.
