Event description

We’ll be diving into the current state of the construction industry, especially in light of recent economic challenges. It’s intended to be a real, informative conversation that brings together different perspectives - from employment law and recruitment through to frontline project delivery.

Our panel speakers for the event are:

  • Amy Walker (Assemble Recruitment - Head of South Island) - Trends in recruitment and job market shifts through these times

  • Anne Wilson (Anthony Harper- Employment Law Partner) – Common trends and pitfalls in restructuring/redundancies, any insight into what comes out the other side.

  • Jessica Hanning (Anthony Harper - Litigation Partner) – The impact of recessions on construction contracts and how to protect your business

  • Annie Wilson (Kainga Maha - Chief Executive Officer) – How the sector can successfully navigate the economic downturns, regulatory shifts and changing client expectations.

Thank you to our event partner Assemble Recruitment for helping make this event possible—completely free of charge, with breakfast and drinks provided.
