PREPARATION:
- Please arrive early or on time
- Doors close at 3pm (Sorry, no late arrivals)
- Limited spots. Bookings essential
- These events usually sell out so book early to save disappointment
- On-street parking available, please allow time for traffic and parking
- Hydrate well before, during and after the session.
- Expect the unexpected - Arrive with an open mind & heart
- Allow at least 15 mins before driving after the session. You may feel a bit zoned-out, similar to after a deep massage

is a Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Coach, Speaker and Educator on a mission to empower, and inspire people to live a conscious and connected life, aligned with their purpose and passion. Scott has a range offerings where he shares tools, practices, insights and to support the holistic integration of the mind, body and spirit. Scott has a diverse background and experience across the fields of Environmental Science, Law and Activism and is driven by a desire to elevate humanities consciousness and mode of existence to support the flourishing of the collective Earth Community.

Pia Kynoch
has a mission in life is to inspire and positively transform the way people think, live and treat by teaching and sharing about human body interconnectedness and empowered wholeness. She has delved deep into learning about all aspects of the human body - mental, emotional, spiritual, physical - and has traveled all over the world learning and gathering information from amazing masters.

Pia is dedicated to helping people around the globe heal and revolutionise their lives in incredible, self-directed and consciously embodied ways, and her award winning skills span many disciplines; Naturopath, Breathwork Facilitator, Holistic Skin Therapist, Body Worker, Wellness Coach, Feminine Embodiment Yoga, NLP, Functional Nutrition, Qi Gong, Reiki and Mindfulness, trauma informed training with NICABM, Arielle Schwartz, Gabor Mate and Steven Porges, training with the Neuroscience Academy, and currently completing a 4 year Biology of Trauma Practitioner certification program.

Solana the Artist
is a traveling global Vocal Artist, Musician and Ceremonialist.

Through the universal language of Sound, and her multifaceted expression of it, Solana takes her listeners on a journey that explores a range of emotion, often leaving people feeling elevated and inspired, often evoking tears of remembrance in those who hear her ancient song, with which she intends to inspire deep remembering and an amplification of the inner knowing of our divinity within.

The soulfulness of her voice evokes a deep sense of resonance & connection.

Solana’s musical creations are mostly intuitively weaved, using the acoustic guitar, world instruments, and a loop machine, paired with her unique blend of middle eastern inspired scales, non-linguistic soundings as well as empowering song lines right from her heart and soul to yours.

Next is a list of contraindications for Conscious, Connected Breathwork.
If you are on the contraindications list, you are *NOT* a suitable candidate for the full breathwork technique, but we are happy to discuss modified, gentle breathwork with you for a later date. Please *DO NOT* continue to book the session if you have any of the contraindications listed below.

Pregnancy (at any stage)
Severe PTSD or trauma
Actively using recreational drugs
Detached retina
Glaucoma
Kidney disease
High blood pressure
Cardiovascular disease, including angina, previous heart attack or stroke
Diagnosis of aneurysm of any kind
All thyroid conditions
Diabetes (any type)
Severe asthma - for mild to moderate asthma, we can discuss and you must bring inhaler to session.
Epilepsy
History of seizures
Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or previous psychiatric condition
Severe psychosomatic disorders
Recent surgery, stitches, or injury
Hospitalisations for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 2 years
Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve deep physical and/or emotional release
