    Rebalancing the Pelvis and Ribcage is a new masterclass inspired by what I see and how I work with clients in a studio setting. These 2 hours brings that knowledge together by incorporating fascia focused movement, Pilates, breath work and learnings from many teachers and my own exploration when exploring the inter-relationship of the pelvis and ribcage. We have an innate ability to move but unfortunately modern life empedes this natural potential. Improve how you walk, run and move on a daily basis, which is a foundation for a long and vital life. 

    Experience a deep exploration of the myofascial relationships of the pelvis and ribcage connections. This is together with the rotations, tilts and shifts of our ribcage and pelvis that happen in relation to each other as part of everyday walking and running. It is designed to help the pelvic diaphragm and respiratory diaphragms become better partners so that other parts of our body, such as our calf muscles and feet, don’t have to work so hard therefore reducing the overload to other parts of the body. When the natural interplay of everything occurs, the ease in which you move becomes effortless.

    By re-exploring these innate natural movement patterns, you can enhance the ability you were born with. Reduce lower back pain, hip tension, neck pain, restriction of breathing and the list goes on! How we move now matters for when we are 80 or 90 years old. The investment in yourself is your most worthwhile endeavour.
