The Full Moon, amplified by the energy of a Lunar Eclipse, invites us into that threshold. It is a time to illuminate what has been hidden, release what has reached its completion, and create space for a more courageous expression of who we are becoming.

Join me for an intimate evening of ceremonial cacao, Embodied Breathwork, and immersive sound healing.

We will begin with ceremonial cacao, allowing the heart to soften and awareness to deepen. From there, you will be guided through a powerful breathwork journey to quiet the mind, release stored emotion, revitalise the nervous system, and reconnect with the deepest wisdom that already lives within you.

Through conscious connected breathing, we enter the subconscious theta brain state, where old stories begin to soften, clarity emerges, and space is created for fresh ideas, courageous action, and meaningful change. As what no longer serves gently falls away, you are invited to reconnect with your innate creativity, trust your inner voice, and become more available to the life that is waiting to be lived through you.

The evening will close with an immersive sound journey of crystal singing bowls, shamanic drums, hangdrums, chimes, percussion, and vocals, allowing the medicine of the breath to settle deeply into the body. Together, these practices create space to slow down, listen inward, and remember that letting go is not something we force. It is something we allow when we feel safe enough to soften.

• Anything else you need to feel comfortable lying down (eye pillows, blankets, pillows, crystals, etc.). Your temperature can drop during breathwork, so wear layers and bring anything to stay cocooned.

Please note: If you are pregnant, this technique may not be suitable in a group setting. This practice is not recommended for people diagnosed with epilepsy or schizophrenia. Please speak to Destiny prior to attending if you have any of the mentioned conditions. Modifications may be pre-arranged or private sessions may be suitable.
