There is a quiet moment that comes before every meaningful change. A moment when your heart begins to imagine a life beyond what has felt familiar.

The Full Moon, amplified by the energy of a Lunar Eclipse, invites us into that threshold. It is a time to illuminate what has been hidden, release what has reached its completion, and create space for a more courageous expression of who we are becoming.

Join me for an intimate evening of ceremonial cacao, Embodied Breathwork, and immersive sound healing.

We will begin with ceremonial cacao, allowing the heart to soften and awareness to deepen. From there, you will be guided through a powerful breathwork journey to quiet the mind, release stored emotion, revitalise the nervous system, and reconnect with the deepest wisdom that already lives within you.

Through conscious connected breathing, we enter the subconscious theta brain state, where old stories begin to soften, clarity emerges, and space is created for fresh ideas, courageous action, and meaningful change. As what no longer serves gently falls away, you are invited to reconnect with your innate creativity, trust your inner voice, and become more available to the life that is waiting to be lived through you.

The evening will close with an immersive sound journey of crystal singing bowls, shamanic drums, hangdrums, chimes, percussion, and vocals, allowing the medicine of the breath to settle deeply into the body. Together, these practices create space to slow down, listen inward, and remember that letting go is not something we force. It is something we allow when we feel safe enough to soften.

If you have been craving clarity, feeling the pull to create something new, or longing to meet life's next chapter with greater courage, I would love to welcome you into this intimate circle.

“Rebirthing Breathwork with Destiny has been absolutely monumental in my healing. Every session is so different, but it’s always extremely potent and exactly what I need. I have healed so many deep wounds while Destiny holds such a beautiful, safe space. It’s been a huge part in overcoming my addictions and coming back to myself. The breath always connects me to my inner guru, and the self love and trust I have gained through these sessions have been priceless. Destiny has the most pure, angelic presence and I always felt extremely seen, held and supported. She’s my Earth Angel and I am forever grateful the Universe brought her to me. Highly recommend rebirthing breathwork to anyone who wants to transform and evolve - there’s no doubt this will only enhance your healing journey.”
