Rebirthing Breathwork Journey.
Take a journey into your subsoncious to meet your Shadow, your Higher Self, Source or Guides.
This journey is deeply personal and everyone's experience is unique however what is the same for all is that there is always a release of what no longer serves you such as toxins, old energies such as blocked emotions and limiting thoughts.
Rebirthing is a gentle, yet profound Breathwork style that is simple and easy for everyone.
It does not create further trauma in the body and treads lightly into the subconscious and unconscious parts of our mind to support deep healing.
The journey is infused by a moving Shamanic Sound Track, while Michele and her partner Guillaume will be drumming and using other Shamanic Sound instruments to facilitate a deep journey within.
There will be time to journal and share/ask questions before closing the sacred container to end a beautiful journey.
We will begin with a heart opening ceremonial Cacao before moving on to the breath.
***What to bring:
Yoga Mat, cushions for under knees for lower back, layers shawls in case you feel cooler, water, journal, open heart and mind.
***Best to eat very light or fast in the morning and if you have coffee, do so as eat or have coffee, do so as early as possible.
We cannot wait to see you there and hold space for your journey.
