Rebirthing: Cleaning the Mind (Kundalini Yoga and Sound Journey)
Description
In a world that often feels noisy, uncertain and overwhelming, one of the most meaningful things we can do is take responsibility for our own inner state.
When we cultivate presence, resilience and clarity within ourselves, the way we meet the world begins to change;
and so too does the impact we have on those around us.
This special Rebirthing experience combines the transformative practices of Kundalini Yoga with an immersive Sound Journey, creating a space to reconnect with the truth of who you are beneath the layers of stress, conditioning and habitual patterns.
The event includes a traditional Rebirthing Kriya, using movement, breathwork, mantra and meditation to help release old mental and emotional patterns, strengthen the nervous system, and cultivate greater intuition, presence and inner stability.
As the practice unfolds, you'll be invited to rest deeply in an extended Sound Journey, with a special focus on gong. The rich harmonics of the gong provide a powerful environment for meditation and deep relaxation, allowing the body to soften, the mind to become quieter and awareness to expand.
As we strengthen the nervous system and refine our intuition, we become better equipped to stay present in the face of life's challenges, to make thoughtful choices and to act from a place of courage, compassion and authenticity.
This extends into every aspect of our lives. We choose what we give our attention to, what we read and watch, who we spend our time with, how we speak, and the work we choose to do. Each choice shapes not only our own experience but also the quality of our presence and the way we contribute to the world around us.
Whether you're completely new to Kundalini Yoga or have an established practice, this experience is open to all.
Come as you are, and leave feeling more grounded, centred and connected—to yourself, to others and to life.
