RECENTER is an 8-week in person 'Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction' course designed to help you:
✨ Cultivate a calm and balanced mind
✨ Build resilience against stress and anxiety
✨ Enhance sleep quality and emotional well-being
✨ Develop a sustainable, personal meditation practice
Led by an experienced facilitator, this course blends mindfulness, neuroscience, and self-compassion to guide you back to balance—gently and sustainably.

🌳 A full day nature-based retreat
