As we come towards the new moon of this powerful eclipse season, you are invited to enter this sacred space of RECLAMATION and REMEMBRANCE.
Much has been brought to the light and released over the last month, this is your opportunity to reclaim the parts of you that are now ready to be welcomed home, so you can be more of YOU.
The medicine of Cacao invites you deeper into your heart, soothing your nervous system and allowing space to FEEL freely.
You will be guided through a 20 minute breathwork journey to release anything that isn't yours to carry & create space to receive your inner guidance, followed by a meditation journey to open to visions, insights & clarity on your path forwards.
Leave with a renewed sense of peace, clarity & connection to yourself and the world around you.

Having led sessions across New Zealand, Sarah is now situated in Southland. She orchestrates grounded, heart-centered rituals and immersive journeys, using movement and breath as conduits to transcend mental barriers. Sarah empowers participants to access deeper aspects of themselves, unlocking their fullest expression and inherent wholeness.
