Webinar: Anxiety

During these challenging times an ever increasing number of people are suffering from anxiety. Many of these cases are seeking support from naturopathic and herbal medicine practitioners either as a primary treatment or in addition to pharmaceutical medicines and/or psychological therapies.

Regina has over two decades of experience using herbal medicine and nutritional supplements to support many clients to relieve their anxiety and effectively addressing the associated physical and emotional symptoms that frequently can be debilitating and greatly impact quality of life.

During this presentation Regina will:

• review the herbal medicines and nutritional supplements used to effectively ease the various symptoms that can be encountered in anxiety.

• consider the differences in the understanding and treatments used in pharmaceutical medicine and the wholistic naturopathic approach in the care of anxiety sufferers.

• discuss the use of herbal and naturopathic treatment alongside pharmaceutical medicines and in cases where clients are wanting to eventually cease their pharmaceutical medicines.

• share case studies to demonstrate how these treatments, with particular emphasis on her most frequently used herbal medicines, can provide relief and improve the quality of life in those challenged by anxiety.
