Many of the challenges women face aren’t just personal, they’re shaped by ancestral imprints, incomplete rites of passage, nervous system patterns, and stories carried through the maternal line.

This women’s-only workshop offers a deeply held, experiential space to explore and heal these layers through a unique weaving of Family Constellations and Shamanic Womancraft.

Together, we will gently explore themes such as:

• Rites of passage across a woman’s life (birth, menarche, creation, menopause and death)

• Feminine archetypes and the wisdom of the womb

• Matrilineal (red thread) healing and ancestral patterns

• Eros, creativity, and embodied aliveness

• Nervous system imprints, stress, and disconnection

• Reconnecting to your inner wisdom and knowing

Through guided constellations, ritual, embodiment practices, and shared circle, you’ll be invited to listen to what's beneath the surface, reconnect with your body’s knowing, and release patterns that no longer serve you.
