Feminine archetypes and the wisdom of the womb
Matrilineal (red thread) healing and ancestral patterns
Eros, creativity, and embodied aliveness
Nervous system imprints, stress, and disconnection
Reconnecting to your inner wisdom and knowing

Through guided constellations, ritual, embodiment practices, and shared circle, you’ll be invited to listen to what's beneath the surface, reconnect with your body’s knowing, and release patterns that no longer serve you.
