A forum for local governments

The Yarra Energy Foundation (YEF) invites local governments to this knowledge sharing forum with Hume City Council, for a deep dive on how the Council's Hume Home Energy Upgrades program is helping reduce emissions and cost of living pressures for residents, with attention on low-income households.

This latest program is an expansion of the recently completed Hume Solar Roll-out program, which facilitated over $2 million of investment into clean energy technologies by the Hume community, will equate to around 41,000 tonnes of avoided carbon dioxide, and save Hume residents an estimated $9.5 million over the life of the installations.

Hear from YEF, Hume City Council, and the suppliers about this all-in-one program helping homes to electrify appliances, install solar, and upgrade insulation and energy efficiency.
