First up: Uncertainty - especially the kind that shows up during injury and change. A practical, reflective, notebooks-out, cameras on session for anyone curious to reflect, connect, and level up.

Freya Bronwin is a psychotherapist and founder of Reframe Sessions, a practice supporting runners, athletes, and active humans through injury, identity shifts, and life’s tougher chapters.
