Join LINE Wangaratta for a fun and informative morning connecting with others, learning about the supports available for carers, and participating in an Emotional Freedom Techniques workshop with Sarah Noble.

About the Emotional Freedom Technique Workshop

During this 60-minute workshop Sarah will be demonstrating and teaching participants how to use Emotional Freedom Techniques (also known as ‘tapping’). Tapping is a simple, evidence based relaxation technique which is clinically proven to lower stress levels. Together we will explore the impact stress can have on your physical and emotional wellbeing and how you can reduce this. Participants will be provided with materials to continue the practice at home.

What is provided?

This event is free to attend, and includes morning tea, lunch and refreshments.
