Event description
This is an interactive session with facilitator Craig Hook from Strategic Intent presenting board model considerations and discussion. Tom Young from Perth building technology company uDrew will reveal his experiences of the Board creation process.
The workshop will be held 1pm - 4pm followed by networking drinks.
Includes afternoon tea.
Craig Hook is a highly experienced corporate advisor and executive coach with over 20 years spent in the senior management roles of large and small companies. Craig works with business owners, boards, and executive teams on growth strategy, business model design, team leadership, and delivering rapid, sustainable performance improvement. Craig has formed and chaired Advisory Boards for private SME’s in METS, utilities, primary health care, and cooperatives, and recently delivered Board workshops for WA Innovator of the Year Award finalists.Â
Tom Young is a former geotechnical analyst, structural draftsman, systems engineer, project manager, and has received multiple awards within innovation and technology fields including WA Innovator of the Year. Tom is Founder/CEO of uDrew platform which online tool that allows homeowners and contractors to instantly design, engineer and streamline building approvals.
