Reiki classes with Mary Ellen Terlikowski

Reiki 1, Saturday, February 8th and Sunday, February 9th from 10:00am to 1:00pm $225

Reiki 2, Saturday March 8th and Sunday, March 9th 10am from 10:00am to 1:00pm $225 (prerequisite Reiki 1)

This is a comprehensive training that can stand alone as well as providing the gateway to advanced training.

In Reiki I, you will learn the origin and history of Reiki, the nature of Reiki energy, the complete hand placement system, Gassho meditation, Byosen scanning: using the sensitivity in the hands to locate areas needing healing, Reijo-Ho: using inner guidance to know how and where to treat, and Reiki I symbols and attunement.

Upon completion of this class you will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others.

The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice time. All students will experience giving and receiving a complete treatment using Byosen scanning and the hand placement system.

A full manual is provided and a certificate will be given.

Mary Ellen Terlikowski has been a Reiki Master and Instructor since 2002. She came to Reiki via her massage therapy practice in the state of Texas. An EF4 wedge tornado came charging through her home during the holidays at the end of 2015 while she and her husband were visiting family in Portland, Oregon. In 2016, their massage therapy practice closed its doors after 28 years and Mary
Ellen with her husband Thomas moved permanently to Portland. In addition to massage and energy work, Mary Ellen’s background ranges from medical and psychiatric case management to providing hypnosis sessions and past-life regressions, as well as dabbling in the Tarot.
