Michelle from Soulwave Soundbaths & Alicia from Samvida Conscious Womanhood have come together to create an immersive experience, blending the magic of sound healing and Reiki ✨

Michelle will guide you through an immersive Sound Bath, using layers of sound, frequency and vibration to encourage the body to slow down, soften and settle into deep rest. As the sounds move through the space, Alicia will gently move between each person, offering Reiki individually throughout the experience.

Reiki is divine life force energy that helps to balance the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies ~ tending to the Chakras, treating disharmony/dis-ease, and clearing blocks or unwanted energy. Reiki gives the body a deeper invitation to soften and receive whatever healing needs to take place in the now moment. With the incredible frequencies of sound healing instruments and Reiki alongside each other, the healing potential is amplified, and your nervous system can truly settle. It’s time to shed what is no longer serving you, and make space for a new layer of alignment.

Please note that this event will be capped at 10 to ensure that everyone attending receives Reiki. We cannot wait to support you through this beautiful experience!

Sink into a beautifully layered meditation futon with soft cushioning, quilted cotton textures and carefully selected comfort props.

Your premium setup includes:

• 100% cotton Yoga Nidra meditation futon
• Rectangle yoga bolster
• Meditation pillow
• 100% cotton yoga blanket
• Faux sheepskin-style rug
• Handmade flaxseed eye pillow, lightly scented with bergamot and lavender essential oils

Beautifully crafted with quilted textures and artisan hand block-printed detailing, the futons have been chosen for both comfort and the sense of warmth and sanctuary they bring to the space.

🕊️ Studio Care

Every session is thoughtfully prepared before guests arrive.

All linen, including pillowcases and eye pillow covers, is regularly laundered and refreshed. Shared items are kept clean and well maintained, and the studio, floors and shared surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and freshly prepared before each session.

The studio is gently warmed with overhead infrared heating and supported by ceiling fans to help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your experience.

Fresh protective tissues are also available for use with the eye pillows if preferred. 🤍

🚗 Parking & Arrival

To help respect our neighbours and keep the street quiet, guests are kindly asked to park nearby and enjoy the short one-minute walk to the private studio.

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your session.

To allow time to prepare the space, please don't arrive earlier than this.

Doors will close promptly at the advertised start time to preserve a quiet and uninterrupted experience for everyone attending.

• If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another session with at least 24 hours' notice
