    Join Christine Maudy, Michelle Freeman and Claire Evelynn for an evening of Reiki, Yin Yoga and a Harp and Crystal bowl sound healing.  This healing session will help you to let go of physical, emotional and mental tension.  You will leave feeling relaxed and supported, releasing blockages and stress.

    in this session, Reiki Master Christine will guide you through a deep Reiki journey that will prepare you to receive yin yoga's profound therapeutic benefits.  A gentle Celtic harp and singing bowl sound healing will also be offered by Claire Evelynn.  

    Reiki is a a safe, non-invasive modality conceived to restore harmony on all levels. It can be used to treat physical, mental and emotional imbalance. Reiki helps relieve pain, stress, anxiety, and depression. It facilitates recovery, helps in clearing blockages, traumas and negative emotions. It promotes spiritual awareness and happiness.

    During this 2 hour session, you will also be guided through a gentle Heart focused yin yoga sequence accompanied by a heart inspired harp sound healing experience.   Yin is a yoga practice based on opening up the energy channels of the body called meridians.  It's a deeply relaxing and revitalising practice and is simple and beneficial for all levels of experience, body and age.

    About the Facilitators:

    Christine Maudy

    After an amazing spiritual awakening, Christine left a successful business career in Paris to settle on the Sunshine Coast. She combines formal training and extensive knowledge with a profound professional and spiritual experience. She is an international Reiki Master Teacher, Past Life Regression Therapist and Trainer, Shamanic Practitioner and Teacher, Mentor,Visual Artist and much more!

    Christine is a vibrant channel profoundly connected to Reiki and Shamanic energy. Through her voice flows the Light language and ancestral voice medecine. All of her treatments are unique and answer the participants' needs.

    Michelle Freeman 

    Michelle is a yoga teacher and practitioner with 30 years of experience who teaches yoga, meditation and breathwork classes.  Michelle teaches classes that are steeped in tradition, but with a modern and heart centred approach that creates space for each practitioner to experience coming back home to their bodies.  Michelle is a certified experienced yoga teacher who runs retreats, workshops, yoga teacher trainings and is the owner of the Nambour Yoga Centre. She is currently studying yoga therapy and clinical exercise physiology. 

    Claire Evelynn

    Claire has spent the past several years studying and practicing the healing sounds of harp and accompanying instruments.  This journey was inspired by her own health challenges and she discovered the healing power of sound healing to help her move through these challenges.  Now she shares this healing in a gentle way through harp, crystal singing bowls and chimes.
