Reiki Level I is a beautiful journey into faith. It is a personal journey where you can begin to expand your awareness, strength of light and gentleness, and your connection to universal light and all that is. 

Level I covers basic energy centres, self awareness, and gives you an opportunity to spend time with self.

You'll get workshop books, and everything that is communicated will be documented for easy referral post workshop. 

You'll also receive certification and an understanding of the history of where the energy is drawn from.
