Initiation days will include a variety of practical tools useful for your ongoing self adventure.  

Simple tools you may also choose to use when interacting with both clients and friends.

 From meditation, intonements, movement, bio-energetic, practical pendulum and the basics of chakra awareness to the all important breath.
