Relax, Renew and Restore by the River

Join us for a self-love session to calm the mind and soothe the soul.

We will start the session with a 1hr gentle restorative Yin Yoga Session with Sam. After which we will then indulge our senses in a 75 minute therapeutic Sound Bath by Chris where you will be taken on an amazing Journey within, that will leave you feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated.

A Sound Bath, Sound Meditation or Sound journey is a sensory audio experience that is hard to describe in words. The sense of calm can be likened to many years of accumulated meditation practice - all at once entering your being – this feeling can remain with you for days into weeks in some instances.

About our hosts:

Sam Bradbrook – (Stay Balanced Pilates & Yoga)

Sam is a qualified Yoga and Pilates teacher in Murray Bridge and owns Stay Balanced Pilates and Yoga. She teaches a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga, Yin Yoga and Mat Pilates. She also holds regular Restorative Yoga sessions at the studio.

Chris is an extremely experienced musician, with over 30 years of playing live under his belt. He holds a Practitioner Diploma in Integral Sound Healing - Multi Instrument. Using a combination of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, large Gongs, Healing percussion and drums, vocal toning and Handpan to create a soundscape that can not only take you deep within yourself, but also to a place, far away from the day-to-day hustle and bustle of life.
