This 1 hour workshop provides an introduction to mindfulness and meditation, includes breath work, gentle yoga and guided meditation/relaxation practices. These techniques can calm our nervous system which aids our physical, emotional and mental state.
Workshop Instructor: Fiona Gordon. Fiona has extensive experience as a remedial massage therapist, lymphoedea specialist and yoga therapist.
The workshops are FREE but people must RSVP to confirm their place and to fulfill COVID safety requirements.
