Using powerful modalities: the power of the breath, the restorative benefits of Yin Yoga Poses and sound you will be guided through a journey of activation and integration to alter your state at a physical, mental and emotional level.Â
During the workshop you'll learn practical and simple tools you can use at home to support you in navigating the challenges of modern-day life.Â
