Join us for a deep transformative experience to release built up muscular and emotional tension, stress. Move beyond blocks and limitations, ease anxiety and move into a light, expansive, free and invigorated state of being.

Using two powerful modalities: the power of the breath and the restorative benefits of Yin Yoga Poses you will be guided through a journey of activation and integration to alter your state at a physical, mental and emotional level.

During the workshop you'll learn practical and simple tools you can use at home to support you in navigating the challenges of modern day life.

This workshop is also offered on Fri 10 June at The Livingroom Yoga Studio, Coogee.

Bolster (if you have your own)

WEAR comfortable clothes, layers are best
Avoid eating a large meal beforehand
