This immersive evening & specialty women's workshop combines energetics, growth mindset and neuroscience insights, somatic and embodiment practices, guided meditation, breathwork, and deep connection. Together, we’ll create a space that is both practical and transformative: where science meets spirit, and inner work meets embodied change.

This Release to Rise evening is intentionally created as a women-only space, allowing for deeper safety, softness, and connection. While this workshop is women-only, I work with both men and women in my 1:1 sessions, and all my other workshops throughout the year are open to all.

This isn’t just a workshop. It’s a chance to soften the harshest voice you know: your own, and discover what becomes possible when you meet yourself with compassion and curiosity - instead of criticism.

Bring: cushion/ pillow, water bottle, wear comfortable clothes, eye mask (optional), a journal and pen, and an open mindset.

We provide: yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets.

Please arrive on time as the space will be sealed shortly after 6.30pm to honour the energetic container.
